How to I pick my size?

Check out our size chart page to make sure the size you select is the best fit for you. If you prefer a loose or baggy fit choose a size bigger.

How should I wash my UltimateFan T-Shirts?

We recommend washing your UltimateFan items inside-out, in cold water and hanging them to dry. Most of our shirts are 100% cotton and they are not pre-shrunk. If you have any additional questions regarding our case instructions please contact us at support@becomeultimatefan.com

Do you have retail stores?

No, we only sell our apparel online through our website and we plan to keep it that way.

Do you sell woman sizes?

Not at the moment, but you can order smaller sizes. We are working on a collection that is going to be only for women by women designers, is going to be so cool. Be patient.

Are these the only designs you have? Are new designs coming out?

We are currently working on new designs and collections. We launched with 5 initial designs, but more are coming down the pipe in the next few months. Signup to our email list to be the first to know when the new ones arrive.

Can I cancel an order after I place it online?

Orders usually ship within 3-5 days after the date they were placed. If you need to cancel an order please contact immediately at support@becomeultimatefan.com. Unfortunately if your order has already been processed and shipped we are unable to cancel the order.

What if I have questions abour my online order?

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept online card payment with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discovery, ApplePay, and GooglePay.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship our products in the US territory.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, in order to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to create seperate orders for each address.
